Love it when My end users become my friends on facebook welcome Julie Sanders~

Last week I got a lovely email from Julie Sanders, a Nava's Designs end user who purchased a Nava's Designs set named "Splendid" at Bellini Richmond, VA, which is no longer in business. She wanted to buy window treatments and she emailed me images of her baby room ~lovely part of getting ready for your baby is getting the baby's room all done and I am so lucky to be part of my end users experiences as they are getting ready for the biggest change in there lives! I have answered and gave her my number to call ~ she called and we talked , I offered her window treatments and while on the phone we became friendly I have asked her if she is on Facebook and yes she is and now we are friends~ so if you are on Facebook ask to be my friend I love it~

for me, being the Nava of Nava's Designs means that my office and my home are the same thing I can shoot at my house as its the best place for me to be me even if the house looks so much different that every day,I still feel the best when I shoot in my home always did and i guess i will always will~ so tomorrow will be my day of shooting 6-8 cribs sets and it will be fun and I will post the outcome I promise~

Nava's Designs Round Crib Bedding~

We have made this set for a photo shoot of a round crib. We don't have many customers asking for round crib bedding, yet at times we have and we never had any images.
So now we do and we can share ~

Apron By Nava's Designs ok I know its Not Really baby bedding but its Fun~

Sometimes I am looking at all the wild fabrics I have in the back and I am asking myself "what were you thinking when you ordered them"? But now I forgive myself and use them to make aprons~ ok, I know it's not really baby bedding and I know I don't sell to the home goods stores but my friends cook, my end users cook so maybe they will like it. What do I care. I just share it on my blog. It is not asking for rent. Smiling. Lets bake, cook and be marry~ Happy Holidays~

Handmade Quilts of Nava's Designs will you be able to buy them 25 Years from Now? I really Don't Think so~

I really believe that Handmade in the USA will be a thing of the past and only a few people will be able to afford handmade items from the USA.
Where do you see shoemakers nowadays? While in the past there was one of many in every village or city in the world~
I keep in the storage in my factory about 20 sets that are for future grand children and friends grand children or for The Metropolitan Museum of Art to have a Temporary Exhibition about 25 years in nursery designing and making of Nava..smiling.

Nava's Designs "A Touch Of Chocolate" a new set , I have found out that when I am really busy I find time to design more and to really "keep going "with the creative flow ~
